【Jigoku Chakai (Tea Ceremony in Hell) 2016】
Invitation for Otakiage Chakai (Tea Ceremony with otakiage)
(Otakiage: Burning the sacred items at a temple / shrine in religious way)
It has been already 10 months since the last Jigoku Chakai 2016 held in February.
Application for traditional Japanese New Year’s cards has started which makes us feel for the end of the year.
How have the camellia seeds sown in your mind grown over the past year?
We will hold the “otakiage” for the pieces of paper with letters you wrote at the beginning of the Chakai last time, at the temple of Yoshida Osho (Buddhist monk Yoshida) who conducted a Buddhist sermon last time.
After the otakiage, we will have time for tea ceremony and Buddhist sermon / dialogue session by him.
This invitation is for those who participated in the Chakai last time.

Venue: Banryu temple
(Go straight along Yamanote street in the direction of Gotanda from Otori shrine,
turn to the right at the corner of a stationary shop in front of the land bridge)
Fee: 1000 yen (Please pay at the reception on the day)
